Baseball Game Preview: Buena Park Coyotes vs. Katella Knights

The Buena Park Coyotes will head out to take on the Katella Knights at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Buena Park's hitters haven't had much luck over their past three games, but Tuesday's contest will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Saturday, Buena Park came up short against St. Paul and fell 7-2.

Buena Park saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Melvin Peralta, who scored a run while going 1-for-2. That run marked the first that Peralta scored this season. Alex Blancas was another, scoring a run and stealing a base while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.

Meanwhile, after a string of seven wins, Katella's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They fell 4-1 to Kennedy.

Hector Perez made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with one home run.

Buena Park's loss dropped their record down to 7-13. As for Katella, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-4.
