Harper Creek is a perfect 9-0 against Northwest since September of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Beavers will venture away from home to take on the Mounties at 7:00 p.m. Harper Creek will be looking to extend their current six-game winning streak.

On Friday, Harper Creek strolled past Marshall with points to spare, taking the game 41-22. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Beavers' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan football rankings (they are ranked 59th, while the Redhawks are ranked 228th).

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Northwest). They took down Pennfield 50-35 on Friday. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Mounties with their most commanding win of the season.

Northwest's win bumped their record up to 3-5. As for Harper Creek, their victory bumped their record up to 7-1.

Everything came up roses for Harper Creek against Northwest in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as the squad secured a 53-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Beavers since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
