Basketball Recap: Ridgewood Takes a Loss

Ridgewood played a tough game on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were dealt a 56-23 defeat at the hands of the Glenbard East Rams. The Rebels were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 37-16.

Ridgewood dropped their record down to 3-7 with the loss, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Glenbard East, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-4.

Ridgewood will take on Elmwood Park in a holiday battle at at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Ridgewood is facing Elmwood Park at the right time seeing as Elmwood Park is stuck on a four-game losing streak. Glenbard East and Glenbard South will compete for holiday cheer at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
