Liberty has gone 9-1 against Stockdale recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Patriots will be playing in front of their home fans against the Mustangs at 6:15 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Liberty has five straight wins, Stockdale has five straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

On Tuesday, Liberty made easy work of Garces Memorial and carried off a 3-0 victory.

While Liberty won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-17, 25-21.

Meanwhile, Stockdale lost 3-0 to Centennial on Tuesday.

Stockdale took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-15, 25-21.

Liberty's win bumped their record up to 20-12. As for Stockdale, they now have a losing record of 16-17-1.

Liberty took their victory against Stockdale when the teams last played on October 7th by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Patriots repeat their success, or do the Mustangs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
