Volleyball Recap: Plainfield Central Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Plainfield Central had lost eight straight at home, but on Thursday they dropped down to 4-16 to make it nine. They fell just short of the Minooka Indians by a score of 2-1. The Wildcats were not able to make up for their defeat to the Indians from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

As for Minooka, they moved to 20-10 with that victory, which also ended their three-match losing streak. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win they have posted since September 25th.

Minooka was led to victory by Maddie Dostall and Kennedy Walker. Dostall had 14 digs and two assists, while Walker had four digs and two aces. What's more, Walker racked up 13 assists, the most she's had over her last 11 matchups.
