Volleyball Recap: Scotlandville Comes Up Short

Scotlandville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Liberty Magnet Patriots. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Hornets of the 3-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Scotlandville's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Liberty Magnet, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Scotlandville has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against False River on the 6th. As for Liberty Magnet, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-1 loss against University Lab on the 8th.
