After low-scoring totals in their previous four matchup, Ridgewood brought some dynamite into their most recent match. They walked away with a 5-3 win over the Latin Romans on Tuesday. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for Ridgewood's offense, which had struggled in the games prior.

Ridgewood moved to 5-13-1 with that victory, which also ended their four-match losing streak. As for Latin, the loss snapped their winning streak at three matches and leaves them with a 10-10-2 record.

Coming up, Ridgewood is taking a road trip to take on Payton College Prep at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Payton College Prep's last four contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. Latin does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
