Soccer Recap: Triton Comes Up Short

Triton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 4-2 to the Midway Raiders.

Tyson Stephens and Isidore Wibonto scored both of Triton's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Triton's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Midway, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-0-1.

Looking ahead, Triton will be playing in front of their home fans against Terry Sanford at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Terry Sanford's last three games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Midway, they will welcome Pine Forest at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
