Volleyball Recap: Douglas Takes a Loss

Douglas lost against Rapid City Central back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Patriots lost 3-0 to the Cobblers. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Patriots have suffered against the Cobblers since October 6, 2020.

Douglas dropped their record down to 3-13 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home. As for Rapid City Central, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-4.

Douglas will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Mahpiya Luta at 2:00 p.m. on the 27th. As for Rapid City Central, they will take on Jefferson at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
