South Hills has gone 8-2 against North Side recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. It'll be Northside v. Southside when the South Hills Scorpions and the North Side Steers meet at 7:00 p.m. South Hills will be strutting in after a victory while North Side will be coming in after a loss.

South Hills is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. Their defense stepped up to hand Wyatt an 8-0 shutout on Friday. It was an even better day for Abigail Gonzalez as she scored three goals for her team.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for North Side's offense. They lost 3-0 to Polytechnic on Friday. That's two games in a row now that the Steers have lost by exactly three goals.

South Hills is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 24 goals over those eight matches. As for North Side, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-6.

South Hills took their win against North Side in their previous matchup back in February of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0. Does South Hills have another victory up their sleeve, or will North Side turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
