Baseball Recap: Saranac Lake Takes a Loss

Saranac Lake and Saranac squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Saranac Lake had to settle for second. They came up short against the Spartans, falling 7-1. The Red Storm have struggled against the Spartans recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

Saranac Lake's defeat dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Saranac, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 18-3.

As of now, neither Saranac Lake nor the Spartans have any future games scheduled.
