Soccer Recap: Watertown Starts Season with Win at Home

Watertown took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Friday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Douglas/Rapid City Christian Patriot Comets a 10-0 shutout.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Watertown will welcome Spearfish at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Douglas/Rapid City Christian, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Roosevelt at 6:00 p.m. on the 29th.
