Orem is a perfect 4-0 against Payson since March of 2024 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Tigers will take on the Lions at 10:15 a.m. The two teams are strolling into their matches after big wins in their previous games.

Orem is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Wednesday. Everything went their way against Green Canyon as they made off with a 3-0 win. The victory was nothing new for the Tigers as they're now sitting on four straight.

Meanwhile, Payson entered their tilt with Crimson Cliffs on Wednesday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Mustangs.

Orem better keep an eye on Parker Houston. He was instrumental in Payson's win, getting ten digs.

Payson's win bumped their record up to 20-9. As for Orem, their victory bumped their record up to 24-6.

Everything went Orem's way against Payson in their previous meeting back in April, as Orem made off with a 3-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Tigers since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
