Volleyball Game Preview: International Jaguars vs. Sage Hill Lightning

After both having extra time off, the International Jaguars and the Sage Hill Lightning will shake off the rust and duke it out at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as International comes in on 17 and Sage Hill on 12.

International is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Saturday. They came out on top against Branham by a score of 3-1.

International had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 18-25, 25-22, 25-21, 25-22.

Meanwhile, Sage Hill made easy work of Clairemont on Saturday and carried off a 3-0 victory.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-22, 25-22.

International's win was their 15th straight at home, which pushed their record up to 27-7. As for Sage Hill, their victory bumped their record up to 22-11.
