Basketball Game Preview: Hilbert Wolves vs. Gibraltar Vikings

Hilbert is on a three-game streak of home losses, Gibraltar an 11-game streak of away losses dating back to last season, but someone's luck will change on Tuesday. The Hilbert Wolves will host the Gibraltar Vikings at 7:15 p.m. Gibraltar took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Hilbert, who comes in off a win.

Having struggled with four defeats in a row, Hilbert turned things around against St. Lawrence Seminary on Friday. They strolled past the Hilltoppers with points to spare, taking the game 54-36.

Meanwhile, Gibraltar had to suffer through a 71-43 loss at the hands of Algoma. While losing is never fun, the Vikings can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 427th, while the Wolves are ranked 194th).

Gibraltar's loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Hilbert, the win was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 4-8.
