Iowa City waltzed into their game on Tuesday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They put the hurt on the Ottumwa Bulldogs with a sharp 11-1 win. The Little Hawks might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 15 matchups by six runs or more this season.

Iowa City's victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 32-8. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.7 runs over those games. As for Ottumwa, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 16-8.
