Softball Recap: Albert Gallatin's Losing Streak Snapped at Seven Games

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Baldwin, Albert Gallatin was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They blew past the Peters Township Indians 14-3. The victory was some much needed relief for the Colonials as it spelled an end to their seven-game losing streak.

Albert Gallatin's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-7 and their overall record up to 2-8. As for Peters Township, they dropped their record down to 3-13 with the loss, which was their sixth straight at home.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Albert Gallatin is set to take on their familiar foe Bethel Park at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Peters Township will square off against rival Connellsville at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
