Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Poth walked away with it. They blew past the Hallettsville Brahmas 50-24 on Monday. The Pirates have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 16 games by 20 points or more this season.

The victory (which was Poth's 14th in a row) raised their record to 27-8. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 26.8 points on average over those games. As for Hallettsville, their loss dropped their record down to 15-18.

As of now, neither Poth nor the Brahmas have any future games scheduled.
