Volleyball Recap: Friendship Christian Has No Trouble Against Ezell-Harding Christian

Friendship Christian won the last time they faced Ezell-Harding Christian and things went their way on Thursday too. The Commanders were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Eagles. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Commanders.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Friendship Christian was: they took every set by at least 13 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-5, 25-7.

Among those leading the charge was Kyla Scharfman, who had nine digs and three aces. That's the most aces she has posted since back in September of 2024.

Scharfman wasn't the only good server: Friendship Christian was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 22 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in five consecutive contests dating back to last season.
