Baseball Recap: Irondale Takes a Loss

Irondale was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 18-5 to the Cretin-Derham Hall Raiders. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Knights have suffered since May 8, 2024.

Michael Koller-Lehman made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and one stolen base.

Irondale's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Cretin-Derham Hall, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.

Irondale has already played their next matchup, a 12-4 loss against Forest Lake on the 14th. As for Cretin-Derham Hall, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, an 11-7 defeat against Mounds View on the 14th.
