Basketball Recap: Roxbury Prep Charter Takes a Loss

Roxbury Prep Charter was the 67-53 winner over O'Bryant when they last played one another back in December of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Roxbury Prep Charter Wolves took a 58-54 hit to the loss column at the hands of the O'Bryant Tigers. The Wolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Roxbury Prep Charter's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for O'Bryant, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-2.

Roxbury Prep Charter will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Neighborhood House Charter at 5:30 p.m. on January 22nd. As for O'Bryant, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Excel Academy Charter at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. One thing working in O'Bryant's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last five matches.
