They breezed by Mount Pisgah Christian Academy on the road to the tune of 85-42. The win was familiar territory for Franklin Road Christian who now have five in a row.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Franklin Road Christian to victory, but perhaps none more so than Noah Pence, who scored 26 points along with five rebounds and five steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which Pence has scored at least 25% of Franklin Road Christian's points. Another player making a difference was Ben Walker, who scored 24 points along with nine rebounds.
Franklin Road Christian has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season. As for Mount Pisgah Christian Academy, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-4.
Franklin Road Christian is on the road again on Friday and play against Knoxville A at 5:00 p.m. on December 22nd. Mount Pisgah Christian Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Maryville Christian at 7:30 p.m. on January 12, 2024.
