Baseball Recap: LaSalle Comes Up Short

After flying high against Reeves on Friday, LaSalle came back down to earth. The LaSalle Tigers came up short against the Leesville Wampus Cats on Saturday, falling 11-3. The game marked the Tigers' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

LaSalle now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Leesville, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-3-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. LaSalle will head out to face off against Vidalia at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Leesville, they will challenge Pickering at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
