Recap: Seeger Patriots vs. North Montgomery Chargin' Chargers
The Seeger Patriots's game last Friday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They secured a 32-26 W over North Montgomery. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Seeger also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2023.
It was another big night for Rylea Wetz, who scored 12 points along with seven rebounds and six steals. She hasn't dropped below two steals for three straight games. Addie Shrader was another key contributor, scoring six points along with two steals.
Seeger pushed their record up to 14-7 with that win, which was their third straight on the road. As for North Montgomery, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-13 record this season.
Seeger will be playing in front of their home fans against Rossville at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for North Montgomery, they will head out on the road to square off against Lebanon at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The pair have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Lebanon and five for North Montgomery.
