Jones is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They breezed by Lake Region to the tune of 77-0 on Friday. Considering the Fightin' Tigers have won four games by more than 21 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
It was another big night for Dereon Coleman, who threw for 267 yards and seven touchdowns while completing 92.3% of his passes. The team also got some help courtesy of Vernell Brown Iii, who picked up 134 receiving yards and two touchdowns.

Meanwhile, Ocoee and West Orange met for a duel on Thursday where Ocoee couldn't get it done. Ocoee took a 21-14 hit to the loss column at the hands of West Orange. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Jones pushed their record up to 8-0 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Ocoee, their loss dropped their record down to 5-4.
Jones strolled past Ocoee in their previous meeting back in November of 2021 by a score of 18-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Jones since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
