Big Game from Kramer As North Putnam Won 56-22
Starting off the list is North Putnam's Christian Kramer, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Kramer rushed for 249 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 13.8 yards per carry, and also threw for 91 yards and two touchdowns. He showed off some serious burst, cutting through the defense on one rush that went for 58 yards.
If the past is any indication, Kramer could be in store for another big game when he takes on Brown County on Friday. When Kramer last faced the Eagles back in October of 2023, he rushed for 101 yards and two touchdowns on only six carries, and also threw for 206 yards and three touchdowns.

Cloverdale took down Greencastle on Friday, a win that might not have happened without Tayt Jackson's standout performance. He's now once again averaging 100+ receiving yards (107) per game. He got the majority of those receiving yards when he pulled down a pass and took off for a gain of 81 yards.
Jackson is probably looking forward to his next game, a home matchup against West Vigo on Friday. Jackson rushed for 153 yards and a touchdown on only eight carries, and also picked up 56 receiving yards and a touchdown the last time he and the Vikings duked it out back in October of 2023.

The matchup was his third straight with two or more rushing touchdowns dating back to last season. He has become a key player for South Putnam: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns, but 1-2 otherwise.
The victory (which was South Putnam's fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-2. Benton and South Putnam will square off against Owen Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
