Soccer Recap: Gulliver Prep Finds Playoff Glory Versus Immaculata-La Salle

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Gulliver Prep had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They won by a goal and slipped past the Immaculata-La Salle Royal Lions 2-1. Given the Raiders' advantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked ninth, while the Royal Lions are ranked 59th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Justin Merner and Lennox Millstein scored both of Gulliver Prep's goals, bringing their combined season tally to eight goals.
