Volleyball Recap: Lutheran North's Victory on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Five

Lutheran North entered their tilt with Cousino on Saturday with four consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with five. They came out on top against the Patriots by a score of 2-0.

Lillie Meier paced Lutheran North's offense, picking up eight kills. Meier got some help from Eleanore Martin and her 19 assists. Meier was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Lutheran North's win bumped their record up to 11-2. As for Cousino, they now have a losing record of 5-6.

Lutheran North wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Genesee Christian on the 13th. As for Cousino, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Warren Woods-Tower at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
