Deer Isle-Stonington was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 29th straight loss dating back to last season. They were outmatched by the Shead Tigers and fell 97-27. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Mariners this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 62-23 two weeks ago.

Deer Isle-Stonington's record now sits at 0-15. As for Shead, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a massive bump to their 7-6 record this season.

Deer Isle-Stonington has already played their next game, a 53-18 defeat against Greenville on the 25th. Shead has also already played their next contest (against Jonesport-Beals), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
