Lincoln is 9-1 against Jefferson since May of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Lynx will head out to take on the Yellowjackets at 5:30 p.m. Lincoln has now lost nine straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since May 20.

On Saturday, Lincoln came up short against Southeast Polk and fell 5-2. That's two games in a row now that the Lynx have lost by exactly three runs.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Jefferson). They blew past Glenwood 16-3 on Friday.

Lincoln's loss dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Jefferson, their win bumped their record up to 2-8.

Everything went Lincoln's way against Jefferson when the teams last played back in June of 2024, as Lincoln made off with a 13-4 victory. Will the Lynx repeat their success, or do the Yellowjackets have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
