Basketball Recap: Lake Braddock Takes a Loss

Lake Braddock was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 18th straight loss. They had to suffer through a 52-25 loss at the hands of the Woodson Cavaliers. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bruins this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 59-40 back in January.

Lake Braddock's defeat dropped their record down to 1-20. As for Woodson, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 10-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lake Braddock will welcome Alexandria City at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Lake Braddock is facing Alexandria City at the right time seeing as Alexandria City is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Woodson, they will be playing at home against West Springfield at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
