Basketball Recap: Presque Isle Takes a Loss

Presque Isle suffered their biggest loss since February 17, 2024 on Friday. They took a blow against the Mount Desert Island Trojans, falling 63-32. The Wildcats were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Trojans earlier this season, when they won 40-31.

Presque Isle's defeat dropped their record down to 9-7. As for Mount Desert Island, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-6.

Presque Isle and Ellsworth will face off at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played.
