Basketball Recap: Vianney Takes a Loss

Vianney lost against De Smet Jesuit back in February and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Sunday. The Vianney Golden Griffins took a 70-58 hit to the loss column at the hands of the De Smet Jesuit Spartans. The match marked the Golden Griffins' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Vianney's defeat dropped their record down to 5-3. As for De Smet Jesuit, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

Vianney will challenge Lemont at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
