Volleyball Recap: Superior Find Success

Superior won the last time they faced Varsity Opponent and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Spartans came out on top against Varsity Opponent by a score of 3-1.

Superior had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 14-25, 25-18, 25-11, 25-11.

Brekyn Warburton was nothing short of spectacular: she had 22 digs and two assists.

Superior was lethal from the service line and finished the match with ten aces. They are a perfect 3-0 when they serve at least ten aces.

Superior's victory bumped their record up to 12-18.

Coming up, after both having extra time off, Superior and Marshfield will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:00 p.m. on the 23rd. Varsity Opponent has already played their next matchup (against IDEA Ingram Hills), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
