Basketball Recap: Lebanon Extends Home Winning Streak to Eight

Lebanon had won seven straight home games and Tiara Spencer did her part to make it eight on Saturday. The Lebanon Blue Devils claimed a resounding 68-28 victory over the Wayne County Wildcats thanks in part to Spencer, who went 5 of 10 en route to 13 points and three steals. What's more, she also racked up four assists, the most she's had since back in February of 2024.

Lebanon has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.5 points per game. As for Wayne County, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-2.

Lebanon will face off against Smyrna at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Lebanon is facing Smyrna at the right time seeing as Smyrna is stuck on a six-game losing streak. Wayne County has already played their next contest (against LEAD Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
