Peach County fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back wins it seems like their luck might finally be changing. They came within four points of losing the streak, but they secured a 38-34 W against the Bainbridge Bearcats. The 38-point effort marked the Trojans' lowest-scoring matchup of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Cam Cherry was his usual excellent self, putting up 23 points and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Kevan Gray, who posted six points and three steals.

Despite the loss, Bainbridge saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Keion Williams had ten points and six boards. Another player making a difference was Trent Lee, who put up three points and three steals.

Peach County's victory bumped their record up to 7-13. As for Bainbridge, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-14.

Peach County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 54-45 defeat against Monroe on the 4th. As for Bainbridge, they have also already played their next game, a 73-41 loss against Dougherty on the 4th.
