Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Bradenton Christian walked away with it. They skirted past the Saint Stephen's Episcopal Falcons 10-9. The Panthers haven't had any issues with the Falcons recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Brenna Funderburke was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, one triple, and two RBI. Ava Stanley was another key player, going 1-for-3 with three runs, one stolen base, and one double.

Bradenton Christian was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .379. They are 5-2 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.

Bradenton Christian's win bumped their record up to 8-10. As for Saint Stephen's Episcopal, they now have a losing record of 8-9.
