Seguin had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 23 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They enjoyed a cozy 41-27 victory over the Jefferson Mustangs.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Seguin to victory, but perhaps none more so than Rebeka Wilke, who almost dropped a double-double on 12 points and nine rebounds. Wilke has been hot recently, having also posted three or more steals the last four times she's played. Faith Franklin was another key player, putting up nine points along with five rebounds and five steals.

Seguin's win bumped their record up to 8-13. As for Jefferson, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 10-15.

Seguin didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 51-32 victory against Bellville on the 26th. As for Jefferson, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 32-31 win against Edison on the 28th.
