Baseball Recap: Hudson Takes a Loss

Hudson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 17th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 12-1 to the Dike-New Hartford Wolverines. That's two games in a row now that the Pirates have lost by exactly 11 runs.

Hudson's defeat dropped their record down to 0-16. As for Dike-New Hartford, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-2-1.

Looking ahead, Hudson will square off against Columbus at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. The Pirates are facing the Sailors at the right time seeing as the Sailors are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Dike-New Hartford, they have already played their next game, an 8-7 victory against South Hardin on the 21st.
