Soccer Recap: Scappoose Comes Up Short

After flying high against St. Helens on Tuesday, Scappoose came back down to earth. The Indians fell just short of the Tillamook Cheesemakers by a score of 3-2 on Thursday.

Scappoose now has a losing record of 4-5-3. As for Tillamook, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-3-1 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Scappoose will square off against rival Astoria at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Tillamook is set to face off against their familiar foe Banks at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
