Lewisville took a loss when they played away from home on Thursday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They walked away with a 54-44 victory over C.A. Johnson.

Meanwhile, Lamar was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They were dealt a 56-17 defeat at the hands of Darlington. The game marked the Silver Foxes' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Lewisville will have to keep a close watch on JiQuavis Durant and Kamil McCoy, a pair of players who had a big impact on Lamar's prior game. Durant posted three points, while McCoy earned four points.

Lamar's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Lewisville, the win got them back to even at 2-2.
