Frantz came up big in Dunlap's 11-2 victory
Winning always takes teamwork, but on Tuesday Donte Frantz stepped things up a notch to give Dunlap the 'W'. Illinois Valley Central had no answer to Frantz as he pitched three innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits (he also only allowed one walk).
Frantz and Dunlap will head out on the road to challenge Limestone at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Frantz has dominated as far as strikeouts are concerned (he's averaged 5 per game this season), but he's got his work cut out for him considering Limestone has only allowed 3.79 per game this season.
