Volleyball Recap: Monroe Comes Up Short

Monroe saw some tournament action on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Central City Value Jaguars.

Monroe has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 1-5-1 record this season. As for Central City Value, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Monroe will face off against Poly at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Central City Value, they will challenge USC-MAE at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
