Ganesha came tearing into Tuesday's match with 15 straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 14.5 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They never let the Pomona Red Devils get on the board and left with a 20-0 victory. The Giants' pitching crew has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a run in their last six games.

Isabella Lopez was a major factor no matter where she played. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out 14 over five innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in 11 consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and one stolen base.

In other batting news, Johana Pina and Lacy VanTuinen did most of the damage at the plate: Pina went a perfect 3-for-3 with three stolen bases, two runs, and one triple, while VanTuinen went 2-for-3 with one home run and four RBI. Pina is crushing it when it comes to stolen bases: she's snagged at least one every time she's taken the field this season. Another player making a difference was Malia Becerra, who earned three runs and two stolen bases.

Ganesha always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .605. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Pomona only posted an OBP of .211.

Ganesha pushed their record up to 20-4-1 with the win, which was their 21st straight on the road dating back to last season. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.8 runs on average over those games. As for Pomona, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11.
