Forsan came out on top against Nazareth on Monday thanks in part to the team's impressive eight-run third inning. The Buffaloes put the hurt on the Swifts with a sharp 11-5 win. The Buffaloes might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matches by six runs or more this season.

Forsan's victory bumped their record up to 12-7-2. As for Nazareth, their loss ended an 11-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 12-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Forsan will welcome Christoval at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Cougars will roll in looking for their 13th straight win, something the Buffaloes surely won't give up without a fight. As for Nazareth, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Borden County at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
