Soccer Recap: Rootstown Snaps Five-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Rootstown lost against United back in August of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Rovers fell just short of the Golden Eagles by a score of 5-4.

Zach Pastor and Landon Rodstrom scored all four of Rootstown's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 33 goals.

Rootstown's defeat ended a five-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-4-1. As for United, the win got them back to even at 7-7-2.

As of now, neither Rootstown nor the Golden Eagles have any future games scheduled.
