Basketball Recap: Johnson Ferry Christian Academy Skates Past Central Christian with Ease

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Johnson Ferry Christian Academy). They blew past the Central Christian Crusaders 98-26 on Monday.

Trent Witte was his usual excellent self, shooting 64% from the field en route to 29 points along with seven boards and three steals. Thanks to that strong game, he now owns an excellent 43.8% three-point shooting accuracy. Another player making a difference was David Cannon, who went 8-for-9 to rack up 22 points.

Johnson Ferry Christian Academy was working as a unit and finished the game with 18 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

The win got Johnson Ferry Christian Academy back to even at 2-2. As for Central Christian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.
