Soccer Recap: Stranahan Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Stranahan can now relate to. They fell just short of the Norland Vikings by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday. Stranahan were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Norland apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January of 2025.

Stranahan's defeat dropped their record down to 2-13-1. As for Norland, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-7-3.

Stranahan does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Norland, they will challenge American Heritage at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Norland's defense better be ready for this one: American Heritage have averaged an impressive 3.2 goals per game this season.
