Basketball Game Preview: Glendale Pirates vs. Elkton Elks

Glendale and Elkton are an even 4-4 against one another since January of 2015, but not for long. The Glendale Pirates will welcome the Elkton Elks at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Glendale will bounce into Friday's game after beating Camas Valley, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. Glendale strolled past Camas Valley with points to spare on Saturday, taking the game 57-40. That 17 point margin sets a new team best for the Pirates this season.

Meanwhile, Elkton didn't have too much trouble with Pacific on Friday as they won 53-35.

Glendale's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-8. As for Elkton, their win bumped their record up to 5-7.
