Volleyball Recap: St. John Bosco Academy Gets the Win

St. John Bosco Academy were able to grind out a solid win over the North Georgia HomeSchool Tribe on Tuesday, taking the game 3-1.

St. John Bosco Academy had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 19-25, 25-21, 25-10, 25-11.

McKenna Ryan paced St. John Bosco Academy's offense, picking up nine kills. Ryan got some help from Caroline Schupp and her five assists. Finally, Ella McDonald kept St. John Bosco Academy's defense grounded, leading the team with eight blocks.

The victory got St. John Bosco Academy back to even at 2-2. As for North Georgia HomeSchool, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5.

St. John Bosco Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Cherokee Christian on the 28th. As for North Georgia HomeSchool, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Varsity Opponent on the 28th.
